"My son went to this location and it had a nice atmosphere. He asked for a fade and a trim up top. He started out with about 5 inch long hair up top and ended up with a 4 around the sides and a high and tight haircut up top. Ridiculous. When he came out after the shampoo, the stylist had no idea how to even style his hair. He had to resort to styling it himself. This is not the first time this has happened and it shows the blatant disregard for people's requests. I personally feel cheated and will never come back to this place ever again. I suggest that you all do the same."

"I saw a couple of the people that got haircuts before me and I cant imagine they asked for that to be done for them. One guy looked like a cockatiel. The other had an entire patch of hair to the left on the back of his neck. Needless to say, I got right out of there before they could destroy my hair."
