Exquisite.

Their automated checking system is a waste. I was asked to be at there at 2:29 pm and it is 3:10 pm and I am still waiting. I got here at 2:15 pm as I do not like to arrive late. This is not the first time…it happens all the time. Maybe time to change the location as they don’t think it is important to fix the online checkin system.

Normally this store is wonderful, and I have a great experience with the barbers, but today was a let down in my opinion. One of the staff members decided it was a great idea to take a break in the middle of rush hour with everyone waiting, and instead of when coming back from her break the employee decided to do everything else instead of cutting hair. I usually have a great haircut too, but today my fade was higher on one side comepared to the other side, the fade was not blended in on the higher part, and they tried to give me a hard part that I did not ask for. This is gonna ruin my experience coming here for a while and try to see better options with other Barbershops. Especially with the money I pay for my haircut, I should get the haircut I want.
